This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and strong shift execution Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle scheduling, labor management, and payroll awareness Use Toast POS systems for reporting and cash handling Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous staff development Work closely with kitchen leadership on food execution and consistency Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a great experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards Experience with POS (Toast) Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and retain strong teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with inventory, cost control, and labor management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Catering or banquet experience is a plus Why Join Us Competitive pay Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a real impact on guest experience and team culture
