The role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the restaurant's business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily customer service and front-of-house operations.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate service staff to ensure service excellence.
  • Welcome guests and address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow during peak periods.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, service productivity, and customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Assist in inventory control and ordering of operational supplies.
  • Prepare operational reports and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase customer retention and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations issued by the Singapore authorities. Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or customer service management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in staff management, customer relations, and operational planning.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
