Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and reliable person to help manage household projects, vendors, appointments, and miscellaneous tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, solving problems, and helping keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities Coordinate with landscapers, handymen, contractors, cleaners, and other service providers Obtain and compare quotes for home projects Schedule appointments and vendor visits Meet vendors and contractors at our home when needed Oversee junk removal, deliveries, and service appointments Run occasional local errands Assist with home maintenance and improvement projects Research products, services, and pricing Track ongoing projects and follow up to ensure completion Handle miscellaneous household tasks as they arise Requirements Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable coordinating with vendors and contractors Able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation Comfortable using text, email, Google Docs, and basic technology Must be trustworthy, proactive, and dependable Schedule Part-time Approximately 5-10 hours per week to start Flexible schedule Some tasks can be completed remotely, while others require being on-site
