Restaurant Manager

Feast and Floret is looking for reliable self-starter to join our management team. You must have at least 2 years of experience in the service industry. This position needs someone to motivate and inspire learning for food and wine. You will work closely with other management team on how best to accomplish tasks at hand. Having restaurant systems experience combined with enhancing our guest experience is that special thing we are looking to attain. Full-time pay up to $75,000. Plus 20% bonus program DOE Health Insurance and PTO Responsibilities include but not limited to Provide strong leadership for FOH and BOH Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure exceptional customer experience Maintain high-quality standards for food and wine in accordance with restaurant policies Develop and implement training programs for staff development and performance improvement. Collaborate with marketing and events Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
