Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale restaurant. This is a confidential search for a well-established and respected hospitality group, offering an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to make a meaningful impact on operations, team development, and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an efficient, high-quality guest experience Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and long-term success Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost controls, and key metrics Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, cohesive staff Continuously evaluate and improve systems, service standards, and operational flow Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Prepare and present reports to ownership and senior leadership Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards Proactively address operational challenges, staffing needs, and market competition Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management Deep understanding of restaurant operations and business functions Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences If you are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
