Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient shift management. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and safety standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service industry. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Operate POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting. Promote a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Skills Proven experience in shift management within a quick service or casual dining restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service management principles. Familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service is a plus. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively. Proficient in operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and staff.
