In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and a vibrant dining atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive overall guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, lively environment dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Supervise daily FOH operations, including greeting guests, managing service staff, and ensuring timely service. Lead and motivate front-of-house staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee food presentation and service quality, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage POS systems order for processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy. Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for seamless food production. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Assist in shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service, diner, or cafe restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food handling. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant management experience within the hospitality or food industry. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling expertise required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork. Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance standards in both casual dining and fine dining settings. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences; experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
