The ideal candidate will be passionate about the culinary arts and possess strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and driving operational efficiency. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to minimize waste. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance culinary skills and customer service. Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff and promoting teamwork. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience. Coordinate catering services and special events as needed. Skills Strong background in Culinary arts with a deep understanding of food production processes. Proven experience in Hospitality management within a restaurant or similar setting. Knowledge of Inventory control practices to ensure efficient stock management. Familiarity with Food service management principles to maintain operational excellence. Experience in Training development to effectively onboard new staff members. Ability to manage a diverse team while promoting a culture of excellence in service delivery. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively. A passion for Coffee culture is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
