Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization , is seeking a Manufacturing Group Leader to join their team. As a Manufacturing Group Leader, you will be part of the Production & Operations Department , supporting cross-functional manufacturing and supply chain teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , effective communication , and a continuous improvement mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

60 per hour What's the Job? Lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficient use of personnel, materials, and equipment Train, coach, and develop hourly team members while building high-performing teams Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and support continuous improvement processes (GMS or similar systems) Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are consistently achieved Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety, ergonomics, and housekeeping standards What's Needed? Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles Experience working in a unionized environment (or ability to adapt quickly) Flexibility to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) including nights and weekends as required Proven ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards What's in it for me?
