Highlights Opportunity to grow into a Kitchen Manager role Leadership position with room for advancement Be part of a team spreading real Japanese food in the U.S. Welcoming women, moms, students, and seniors Schedule 3-5 days per week, including weekends Operating hours: 6:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM Morning or afternoon shifts available
Morning Shift:
7:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM (Flexible hours)
Afternoon Shift:
12:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM (Flexible hours) Pay Starting at $25/hour+ Based on experience and qualifications
Location BentOn:
3739 Crescent St, LIC 11101 NY Responsibilities Daily kitchen operations Lead and support kitchen staff Food preparation and cooking Prepare Bento, Onigiri, Sushi and Japanese meals Maintain food safety and quality standards Assist with inventory and kitchen organization Requirements Kitchen experience required 3+ years of experience in a supervisory, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager role required Able to follow recipes and work efficiently Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations Reliable and detail-oriented Highly Preferred Sushi-making experience NYC Food Protection Certificate Experience in Japanese restaurants or food production kitchens Japanese language skills Spanish language skills Apply today and grow with us!
