We're looking for an experienced, people-first Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help lead a high-volume front-of-house operation. This is a working manager role. You'll be on the floor every shift, leading a team of 9-15 front-of-house staff, setting the standard for service, and making sure every guest leaves with a great experience. Our front-of-house team is the face of Lanie's, and we take that seriously. We're a slightly upscale casual neighborhood spot with a loyal following and a culture that values both excellence and mutual respect. About the Environment We are a high-volume restaurant, consistently busy across lunch, dinner, and weekends. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring composure and leadership when things get busy, you'll do well here. This role requires someone who can hold a room together when it matters most. Responsibilities Manage front-of-house operations on the floor five days per week Lead and oversee a team of 9-15 FOH staff per shift Maintain service standards and ensure all procedures are followed Oversee the flow of daily service to ensure a consistently positive guest experience Resolve guest or staff conflicts with professionalism and composure Work a mix of opening and closing shifts Assist the General Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling Support staff development and hold the team accountable to Lanie's standards What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills — you set the tone on the floor A guest-first mindset with sharp attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Weekend availability required Compensation & Benefits $26-$30/hr based on experience Quarterly profit-based bonuses 40-45 hours per week 80 hours paid time off Health insurance — 75% employer-paid for management positions Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Complimentary meal every shift worked If you're an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in running a polished, high-energy floor and wants to be part of a restaurant with real staying power — we'd like to hear from you.
