We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where quality food and excellent service come together. Overview We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our small kitchen and oversee all kitchen operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage food preparation, ensure food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. We hope to provide our guests with tapas type plates packed with flavor and a beautiful presentation. Our menu is not lengthy or complex. You will lead a team of 1 -4 cooks depending on necessity. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and morale Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas Monitor shift operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and customer satisfaction Implement food production procedures aligned with health codes and company policies Qualifications Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management Familiarity with inventory control and food safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop staff effectively Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multitasking skills and attention to detail Join us as a Kitchen Manager to lead our small team toward excellence!
