Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily business functions to deliver memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding food service and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house activities. Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Utilize POS systems such as Clover POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Monitor shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining operational efficiency. Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards in compliance with local health codes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to promote positive guest experiences. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business goals. Support catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to diversify revenue streams. Requirements Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Must have 2-3 years of hands-on pizzeria experience. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Supervising experience with a focus on staff training & development in hospitality settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments. Experience in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food industry regulations. Ability to handle budgeting tasks and operational planning confidently.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
