A successful Assistant General Manager at Citizen is an operational leader who supports the GM in running the restaurant day to day. Assistant General Managers maintain a strong floor presence and coach the team continuously on standards, service, and performance. They are involved in scheduling, labor budgets, training, and daily administrative tasks. Additionally, they play a key role in developing team members and addressing performance issues early through consistent coaching. This role is ideal for leaders who are already operating in a management role and are preparing to progress into a General Manager position.

The Assistant General Manager role is a leadership opportunity within an All-Day full-service Restaurant brand. In this role, you are consistently coaching using established tools and brand standards and are responsible for planning and directing restaurant activities.
