In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to company standards Lead staff training and development, fostering a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer service Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant Support budgeting efforts by monitoring sales targets and controlling operational costs Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Coordinate with culinary teams on food production, catering events, and special banquet services Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within quick service or casual dining environments Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting, and food safety standards Experience in hospitality management including kitchen management, staff training & development, and customer service excellence Prior involvement in shift management, supervising food production or catering services preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
