The ideal candidate is professional, organized, team -orientated and experienced in fast- paced hospitality environments with strong skills in kitchen expo and closing management Specific job duties include, but are not limited to: Works with the GM and Chef to accomplish the restaurant goals and uphold company standards Supervise expo, food runners and delivery coordination Support BOH staff to maintain quality, consistency and efficiency Monitor food presentation, ticket times to standard Supervise the FOH floor prior to closing to ensure cleanliness, organization and guest satisfaction Complete nightly management duties including reports, cash handling, inventory checks and securing the restaurant Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards at all times Help create a positive, productive and structured environment focused on teamwork and hospitality.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must have management or supervisory experience in a high volume fast paced environment and thrive under pressure. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. A base knowledge of restaurant operations , BOH /FOH coordination and closing procedures is a must. We are looking for a strong work ethic with attention to details and can work under pressure while maintaining a calm work environment.What we offer:
