Comfortable decor and no door policy belie the staff's commitment to exceptionally crafted cocktails and customer service. In 2019 our second location opened in Nashville followed by Chicago in 2022, Austin in 2025 and Charleston in 2026. We are currently seeking a General Manager with the following qualifications: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with ownership while leading a team A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all guests while maintaining a standard of excellence The availability to work 10+ hours per day, including late nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with labor and cost control, payroll processing and financial analysis

Job Responsibilities:

The ability to effectively lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver a superior guest experience through outstanding food and service quality A passion for providing outstanding guest service and the ability to train, develop and monitor staff to consistently deliver on that promise to our guests Open, honest, timely and direct communication with peers and staff alike A sense of urgency, self-discipline, organization, and attention to detail The ability to work in a collaborative manner in a focused, purpose driven, and professional environment Create a positive work environment for our employees through friendly, caring, and professional communication.
