The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional guest service, and can effectively manage both staff and operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff Create and manage employee schedules Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally Monitor labor costs, inventory, and restaurant performance Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health department standards Manage opening and closing procedures Support special events, game nights, and promotional activities

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
