  • Part-time, Full-time Chill443 is seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar / Service Manager to lead daily front-of-house and bar operations at our unique hospitality destination.
This is a working leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes ownership of both service execution and operational success.   • 28 per hour + tips Position Overview The Bar / Service Manager is responsible for independently overseeing bar and service operations during assigned shifts while actively working on the floor.
This role manages inventory and ordering for bar, food, and breakfast programs, ensures high-quality guest experiences, and drives revenue through effective service, promotions, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Act as the on-shift manager overseeing bar and service operations Lead, support, and direct bartenders, service staff, and breakfast attendants Ensure smooth execution of all service periods, including breakfast and bar service Maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment Bartending & Guest Experience Actively bartend while managing service flow and guest satisfaction Provide exceptional, engaging service to guests from diverse backgrounds Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally Set the tone for hospitality and service standards Inventory & Ordering Manage inventory for bar, food, and breakfast programs Place orders, track usage, and maintain proper stock levels Monitor waste, control costs, and ensure proper product rotation Coordinate with vendors and management on product needs Sales & Promotions Drive revenue through upselling, featured items, and service strategies Develop and execute drink specials and promotions Assist with planning events and activations to increase bar and food sales Promote Chill443 offerings to enhance guest experience and profitability Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Enforce ID checks and responsible alcohol service practices Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards across all service areas Financial & Administrative Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and shift reporting Maintain accountability for daily sales performance Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operations and needs Qualifications 3+ years of bartending experience required Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience with inventory control and ordering across bar and food operations Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and hospitality service standards Ability to lead independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
