  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dining Room Manager to lead our restaurant's front-of-house operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
This pivotal role involves overseeing daily dining services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a talented team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including guest service, staff management, and food presentation Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold service standards Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure smooth workflow during busy hours Oversee food preparation processes in collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies, manage stock control, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles within quick service or fast food environments Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing, and team management Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures Background in culinary or kitchen management with experience in food preparation, cooking, or food production preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and implement inventory control measures effectively Hospitality industry experience with casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, oversee shift management, and ensure operational excellence Join us as a Dining Room Manager to lead our vibrant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
