We are now seeking a versatile and dedicated leader for the crucial Night Shift department. The Night Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage night shift operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. Implement and enforce safety protocols and food safety standards across all processes. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to achieve performance targets in the beverage industry. Oversee maintenance and sanitation of equipment and production areas to meet quality standards. Train and support staff on SOPs, performance management, and documentation practices. Manage staffing levels and resolve any employee issues within a unionized environment. Prepare reports on shift operations, including production output, safety incidents, and quality control measures. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role within a bottling manufacturing or food production environment. Strong knowledge of safety and food safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Experience with performance management and quality control in a production setting. Familiarity with bottling processes and equipment maintenance is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools for documentation and analysis. Bilingual skills are an advantage(Spanish, French) Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is preferred.
