We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service for our guests. What you'll do: Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. Coach, train, and motivate our team of talented staff members. Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adherence to company policies. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Assist with inventory management and cost control procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. We're looking for someone with: 3+ years of experience in a restaurant environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Proficiency in restaurant management software (a plus).
