Rochester, NY (In-person, travel within district required) $97,000 - $120,000 total compensation (includes uncapped monthly bonus) Overview We are seeking a high-impact, people-first District Manager to take ownership of a key Rochester, NY market-an already high-performing region with strong fundamentals and opportunity for continued growth. This is not a turnaround role. This is an opportunity to step into a successful market and take it to the next level through leadership, development, and operational excellence. ? No fryers. No alcohol service ? Consistent hours - restaurants close by 9-10 PM ? Autonomy to run your district like a business What You'll Do Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple locations Coach, develop, and retain General Managers and leadership teams Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety Analyze P&L statements and implement action plans to improve results Recruit, hire, and build strong, customer-focused teams Manage food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency Identify and resolve issues such as waste, theft, and process gaps Lead rollout and execution of new initiatives, products, and technology Partner with catering/delivery teams to ensure strong guest experience Handle escalated customer and employee concerns What We're Looking For 4+ years multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or full-service) Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong financial and operational expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable using and adopting new technology platforms Valid driver's license with ability to travel regularly Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Compensation & Benefits Total compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 (includes uncapped monthly bonus) Vehicle and expense allowance Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee discount Company-provided laptop, tablet, and smartphone support Work Environment Full-time, in-person role Travel between locations within the Rochester market Reliable commute or relocation required Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, reaching regularly Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Apply Today If you're a results-driven leader ready to take ownership of a strong market, develop teams, and drive meaningful results-we encourage you to apply.
