What you will do:
Hospitality Excellence- Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Expertise with Craft Cocktails and practices. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficient service. Quality Control
- Ensure food and beverages meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold menu consistency. Training and Development
- Provide ongoing training to staff on service standards and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Financial Management
- Monitor sales, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance revenue.
- Control costs related to labor, inventory, and waste. Health and Safety Compliance
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and training for staff. Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate special events or promotions. Create initiatives to drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive customer engagement. Communication
- Maintain open and clear communication channels with both front and back-of-house teams.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors. What we need from you :
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
