This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. The General Manager will have full responsibility for restaurant operations, including financial performance, team leadership, food quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Operations Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health department standards. Ensure consistent execution of operational procedures and brand standards. Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and hourly team members. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, engagement, and guest satisfaction. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development. Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and employee development. Financial Management Maintain full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the restaurant. Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and controllable expenses. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive profitability. Develop action plans to improve sales, operational performance, and overall restaurant results. Guest Experience Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Operational Excellence Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained through accurate ordering and inventory control. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to drive sales. Ensure all cash handling and financial procedures are followed accurately. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or high-volume fast-casual environment. Proven experience managing full restaurant operations with P&L responsibility. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams. Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and operational performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience from national QSR or fast-casual brands are strongly encouraged to apply.
