You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and optimizing financial performance to support our long-term growth. To ensure you hit the ground running, your training will take place at our East Izakaya location in Victor, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets Lead a positive work environment aligned with company values Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies Drive sales, optimize performance, and support long-term growth initiatives If you are a motivated leader with a passion for people and restaurant operations, we'd love to hear from you.
