The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house operations, managing staff performance and scheduling, ensuring food and service quality standards, handling guest relations, monitoring inventory and costs, and supporting sales growth through strong operational leadership. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to maintain efficiency, profitability, and a positive team culture. Candidates should have proven restaurant management experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead by example while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
