Management Qualifications:

Demonstrates a lead from behind mentality by being humble and not being afraid to get your hands dirty. Monitor front-of-the-house labor to ensure compliance with posted schedules and labor budget. Have a guest first approach to ensure top-notch experiences. Collaborative work style, excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and develop your them. Ability to manage beverage ordering and process invoices according to standards set. Conduct monthly physical beverage inventory.
