WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead a high-volume restaurant operation Build, train, and develop a strong team Own P&L, labor, and food cost performance Drive sales, guest experience, and online reviews Maintain elite operational and cleanliness standards Develop Assistant Managers into future leaders

WHO YOU ARE

Current Restaurant General Manager Experience in high-volume fast casual or QSR (Chipotle, Panera, etc.) Strong P&L and team leadership skills Organized, disciplined, accountable A leader — not a babysitter
