  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the operations of an Indian Restaurant and Banquet Hall.
This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service while managing all aspects of restaurant and banquet hall management. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety standards, and create memorable dining experiences for guests. Your energetic leadership will drive team performance, optimize service delivery, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Grow customer base by improving online and social medial presence. Employ creative marketing strategies to increase customer engagement. Gather customer feedback, recognize actionable steps to improve products and services, and guide team members to achieve necessary improvements. Oversee day-to-day restaurant and banquet hall operations, ensuring smooth functioning during all service hours. Lead, train, and motivate staff across all departments including kitchen, service, bar, and event management to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring high-quality culinary standards are maintained consistently. Supervise inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to maximize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for accurate billing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Coordinate catering events and banquets from planning through execution to ensure client satisfaction. Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health codes. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with guests. Manage staff scheduling, shift management, and interviewing to build a skilled and motivated team. Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies for operational efficiency. Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, food safety protocols, and restaurant procedures. Ensure seamless collaboration between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to deliver fine dining and casual dining experiences alike. Experience Proven management experience in an Indian Restaurant and Banquet hall. Must have full work authorization without requiring any sponsorship. Ability to read, write, and speak English is a must. Ability to speak Punjabi or Hindi is a must. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Extensive supervisory experience in hospitality management including team leadership and staff development. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards (HACCP certification preferred), and food handling procedures. Prior experience working in hotel or hospitality settings with a focus on customer service excellence is highly desirable.
