Job Description

Northeast Region A well-established, multi-unit Wendy's franchise operator is in search of an experienced District Manager to lead and provide support for restaurant operations in multiple locations in the Northeast. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in managing multiple Quick Service Restaurants, who can drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and staff development in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Oversee 4 Stores ($13-14 mm)
  • High Volume Locations (Average store sales $3mm

5mm.) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional QSR operations, with a proven track record of leading General Managers, enhancing restaurant performance, and fostering a culture of accountability. Location Candidates must either currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market. Relocation assistance is available. Position Requirements Experience in managing multiple Quick Service Restaurants Preference for Wendy's experience Proven success in overseeing multiple restaurants Ability to drive sales, profitability, service, and operational excellence Experience in developing General Managers and building a strong talent pipeline Strong leadership, coaching, follow-up, and accountability skills Stable career history demonstrating loyalty and long-term performance
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$90,000
  • $95,000 Monthly bonus program
  • $1,200
