Job Description
Position Summary The Shift Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth operations, delivers great guest service, and supports team members while maintaining company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts Ensure proper opening, closing, and shift change procedures Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery Monitor sales, labor, and product levels during the shift Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or opportunities Qualifications Prior restaurant or customer service ex Include shift schedule Include budgeted hours perience preferred Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong attention to detail and time management Basic math and cash-handling skills Willingness to work flexible hours
