Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick-service restaurant
SONIC OF TROY.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. We are especially looking for a General Manager that is a happy and kind person that can relate to staff and customers in a way that maximizes a very positive work environment that results in

SERVICEA and repeat business and overall business growth. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Train, develop, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to maintain optimal staffing levels. Monitor customer service levels and address any issues or complaints promptly. Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Assist with budgeting and financial planning to achieve operational goals. Requirements Proven experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and culinary techniques. Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred). Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally. Background in hospitality management or fine dining experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in kitchen management, shift management, or restaurant operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of budgeting processes, training & development practices, and staff supervision is beneficial. $62,354.00 - $65,000.00 per year
