Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and delivering memorable dining experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and cashiers, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance Lead staff training and development initiatives to uphold service standards, food handling procedures, and safety protocols Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to maximize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting Monitor inventory control for front-of-house supplies, including beverages, utensils, and linens, coordinating with kitchen management for food service needs Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with local health regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and shift management to optimize operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, food service management, and supervising food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems- we use Toast POS; cash handling expertise required Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and kitchen management practices Previous experience managing budgets, staffing schedules, and conducting interviews is highly desirable Hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; hotel or banquet experience is a plus Join us as a Front of House Manager to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a vibrant culinary environment.
