Barista / Cafe Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Barista who can also manage the daily operations of a small coffee shop. This is a hands-on role where you will be primarily preparing coffee and serving customers while independently handling inventory, ordering, and basic cost control. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Oversee daily coffee shop operations Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels Apply basic cost control practices Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Handle customer concerns and ensure service quality Open and close the shop as needed Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience working as a barista in a coffee shop Experience handling shop operations independently preferred Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost control Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and multitask Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
