Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment, help cover call offs Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes that meet brand standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, order supplies efficiently, and minimize waste through effective cost control strategies Develop innovative menus with a focus on fine dining quality while accommodating dietary restrictions and special requests Enforce food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining optimal staffing levels for smooth operations Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and catering services Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced kitchen settings Expertise in food production, menu planning, and food handling best practices Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control measures, and food safety sanitizing procedures Experience supervising banquet operations and managing dietary department requirements Ability to oversee food service management from preparation to serving while maintaining high standards of hospitality Excellent communication skills for team coordination, customer interaction, and vendor relations Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory control systems Demonstrated ability to lead by example in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality excellence Join us as our Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to drive culinary innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
