We serve casual italian-american fare including gourmet salads, pizzas, sandwiches, and antipastos. We also have retail of gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars. This position directly oversee Serving and/or Kitchen staff, ensuring a positive, customer-focused atmosphere and a pleasant dining experience for all patrons. Works the main serving floor to keep an eye on customers and employees and may step in when needed. Work in conjunction with Kitchen Manager to ensure food comes out with accuracy and is timely. Pay rate is based on experience. Handles employee relations Make decisions in hiring Handles employee schedules Ensure excellent customer service Orders supplies Assists in Retail Sales/Inventory Great Hours! NO Sundays!
