Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through effective management and leadership. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Supervise daily food preparation and kitchen activities to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance Manage inventory control processes, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize food costs Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in food handling, service techniques, and hospitality standards Ensure adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Background in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices within casual dining or fine dining settings Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development as well as interviewing potential team members Familiarity with catering, banquet operations, bar services, or hotel hospitality environments is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels exceptional guest experiences!
