Job Description
We Are Luigi's. We are a group of the sharpest, funniest, most dedicated, and talented people you will ever have the pleasure of working with. We are a restaurant that puts pizza, pasta, & salad with mounds of cheese on the table all while building family and carrying on the tradition of making our customers happy! Which brings us to you… We need an additional Front of House Manager. You're going to be a part of a tradition that goes back 75 years... ...that's pretty important stuff, if you know what we mean. Our teammates stay with us on average for 20 years. There's a reason for it. We need someone who loves food. We need you to have incredible patience at times, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide the best guest experience. We need you to be good at collaborating, keeping things clean, and accepting constructive criticism, as you will be working with many others on the same mission. We need you to work for the good of the group, do whatever is necessary for the success of the business, and aim high to achieve personal goals. It's pretty fun and rewarding... you'll be surprised with the people you will get to know and the family you will come to build.
