Do:

Carry out daily operational tasks to keep the cinema running smoothly Supervise, motivate, coach, and train staff to deliver superior guest service, quality food & beverages, and achieve sales targets Ensure the theater is clean, organized, and fully prepared to deliver the Silverspot experience every shift Manage inventory of supplies, food, beverages, and chemicals-controlling costs and minimizing loss while meeting guest demand Observe and uphold all Silverspot policies along with local, state, and federal regulations for food safety, health, and workplace safety 🎯 What We re

Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (upper casual dining preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A love for movies is a plus! 🎥 🎁
