We are looking for a hands on, high energy candidate who will engage in meaningful ways with the staff and guests on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has two or more years restaurant management experience and has previously worked as a server, bartender or cook in their career. The General Manager is responsible for daily shift management, employee training and retention, aiding the Owners in controlling costs and adhering to our company principles and culture. They should have knowledge of standard restaurant operating procedures and processes and be able to share those with other team members. The General Manager is an integral part of the business and will be expected to fulfill any role in which they are needed.
