Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are maintained. Lead, motivate, and manage staff to foster a positive team environment and promote excellent customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Train staff on food preparation, safety procedures, POS usage, and customer service protocols. Assist with shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational improvements. Requirements Proven management experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with casual dining or quick service restaurants. Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and kitchen management. Background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and conduct interviews for new hires. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis to support business growth. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team training & development to ensure guest satisfaction.
