Assistant Bakery-Deli Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative peson to assist in Bakery and Deli Managment and Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service baking and decorating cakes, with the ability to create visually stunning and delicious products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong culinary skills,Teamwork and commitment to food safety standards. As a Assistant Manager you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experiences by delivering high-quality baked goods and deli meats customer service . Duties Inventory weekly paperwork assist Manager in Deli and Bakery ,decorate cakes cooking in the kitchen customer service specifications and company standards. Prepare cooking, bakeing various types of cakes, pastries, and desserts, chicken Deli meats Package finished products for display or delivery while ensuring they maintain their quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to fulfill large orders for events such as weddings or parties. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with selections and special requests. Utilize knife skills and other kitchen tools safely and effectively during food preparation tasks. Requirements Proven experience in management cake decorating,food prep with a portfolio showcasing previous work preferred. Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of baking and cooking techniques. Culinary experience in a professional kitchen setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus.
