The General Manager will oversee restaurant operations, bar operations, staff development, financial performance, entertainment coordination, and supervision and execution of food truck operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment and possesses strong leadership, bar operations, and restaurant management experience. This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who understands both the business and culture of a successful neighborhood bar & grill operation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all day-to-day bar, restaurant, and food truck operations. Oversee front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service execution. Supervise and execute food truck operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, event coordination, setup/breakdown, and operational compliance. Maintain a strong bar-focused hospitality environment while ensuring food quality and consistency. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Conduct interviews, training, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. Ensure shift readiness, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and adherence to operational standards. Utilize
TOAST POS
systems for reporting, cash handling, inventory management, and sales tracking. Monitor inventory levels, vendor ordering, product costs, and waste reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, liquor laws, and company policies. Maintain strong guest relations and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Drive profitability through labor management, cost controls, promotions, and operational efficiency. Oversee bar programming, specials, entertainment coordination, marketing initiatives, and guest engagement efforts. Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant and/or bar management experience in a high-volume casual dining or bar environment. Strong understanding of bar operations, bartending, liquor controls, and hospitality-driven service. Experience managing kitchen operations and food service execution. Experience supervising mobile food service or food truck operations preferred. Proficiency with
TOAST POS
systems and hospitality reporting tools. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proven experience in staff development, hiring, scheduling, and labor management. Deep understanding of inventory control, food costing, and operational budgeting. Knowledge of food safety procedures, alcohol compliance, and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and off-site events. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Experience with entertainment programming, catering, and event operations is highly preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $45,000
