Lola's Bistro & Bar Fuoco Are Hiring Restaurant Supervisors Two of the hottest summer spots on Cleveland's east side. One very good way to break into management. Summer in Chagrin Falls is when these two rooms come alive. Lola's Bistro is packed for dinner. Bar Fuoco's patio has a waitlist out the door from open to close. We need supervisors who want to step up, run a shift, and find out whether management is for them — and we'd rather grow that person than go find one somewhere else. This is the on-ramp. Supervisor is where you prove you can own the floor instead of just working it. Do it well, and the path is real: supervisor, salaried FOH manager, AGM, GM. We promote from within because it actually works — most of our Cleveland leadership team started exactly here.

What the job is:

You'll lead a section, run shifts, set the pace on the floor, and keep service tight when it gets loud — and at Bar Fuoco in July, it gets loud. You'll learn the unglamorous half of management too: opening and closing, holding standards, handling the curveball that always shows up at 7:45 on a Saturday. Hourly, flexible, built for someone who wants more than a paycheck. Who we're looking for: You already work like a leader even when nobody asked you to. You show up, you follow through, and you make the people around you better. Restaurant experience matters more than a title — if you've been the one quietly running the section while everyone else coasts, this is your move.
