Role Responsibilities:
Serve guests with genuine warmth Show up ready to pitch in, help out, and become very knowledgeable about the food we serve Act with confidence to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise Accurately follow our best known methods, which include processes for interacting with guests, serving, cleaning, and preparing beverages Arrive at work on time looking polished and professional Move quickly, stand for long periods per day, and lift 50 pounds Take inventory of products and place orders Design and train others on FOH procedures, fine-tuning as you go Give lots of feedback that motivates your team, and helps them become the best version of themselves Create schedules and manage time off requests Lead your team and together: Keep a clean and well-maintained space for guests and staff Log tips and handle cash deposits Reply to customer feedback and refund orders/document as necessary Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or guest services roles Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of restaurant systems Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices within the hospitality industry Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining attention to detail

Schedule:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
