Job description The Opportunity Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager (GM) to take the reins of one of our high-volume, Mexican-inspired locations in Cincinnati. As the GM, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant. You aren't just managing a kitchen; you are leading a team, driving the "Live Más" culture, and ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors—or hits the drive-thru—receives an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Take full ownership of the restaurant's daily functions, ensuring peak performance during the busiest shifts.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team. You will be responsible for coaching Shift Leads and Team Members to reach their full potential.
P&L Management:
Manage the bottom line by controlling labor costs, minimizing food waste, and driving sales growth through local marketing and operational excellence.
Quality Control:
Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
Guest Experience:
Resolve customer concerns with urgency and grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Candidate Requirements Experience:
2+ years of management experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
Skills:
Proven track record of hitting financial targets and developing a strong internal team.
Mindset:
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask and lead by example on the floor.
Availability:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compliance:
Must be 18+ years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and hold (or be able to obtain) a ServeSafe Manager certification. Why Join Us?
