Job Description
Manager Job description We are looking for a General Manager who is or was currently working as a General Manager for the last 3-5 years in a restaurant setting. The salary range includes Bonus awards. What are we looking for?: 3-5+ current years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result Desire to be a hands-on coach like GM who enjoys mentoring and developing staff to be all they can be within our organization. Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, etc.) ServSafe certification What can you really expect? Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru or third shifts or 60-70 schedules! We offer an up to 10K Bonus plan in addition to base pay. Our bonus structure is focused around food safety, and customer experience success. We also have 2 Secret Shops per week and everyone working on your team is eligible for payout including yourself! We are company who develops our staff to as far as one can go based on work ethic, customer service and employee relations. Growth opportunities are a huge possibility with us.
