The characteristics that will lead to your success include dependability, a positive disposition, great communication skills, being a team player, leading by example, a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to different working conditions. The majority of our General Managers started out as Shift Managers. We are only open until 10pm (and 9pm on Sunday) and do not serve alcohol. We are also closed on seven major holidays so our team can enjoy those days with their families.
