Your Scope of Leadership As Operations General Manager, you'll own every aspect of the front-of-house operation while partnering closely with Culinary Leadership to deliver one seamless guest experience. You'll lead: High-volume full-service restaurant operations High-volume liquor, beer, and wine bar operations Specialty grab-and-go coffee operations Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, Food Runners, Drink Runners, and front-of-house leadership teams You'll also: Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop future leaders. Build a culture rooted in accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Evaluate existing systems and develop scalable solutions that support company growth. Partner with executive leadership to improve operations and implement innovative ideas. Own front-of-house financial performance, including labor, beverage cost, inventory controls, operating expenses, and profitability. Analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Create an environment where people are challenged, supported, and inspired to build long-term careers. You likely have:
5+ years leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations. Proven success overseeing high-volume bar and nightlife operations. Experience developing salaried managers and future hospitality leaders. Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen. A passion for coaching, accountability, and operational excellence. The confidence to introduce new ideas while respecting what already works. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without sacrificing hospitality.
